Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data CryptoRank Labs collects through https://cryptoseoagency.net, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you have.

What we collect

From visitors to this site: IP address, user agent, page views, and referrer for analytics.

From contacts: your name, email address, company name, the message you send us, and any attachments.

From clients during engagement: the access you grant us to Search Console, GA4, Tag Manager, your CMS, and any analytics surfaces relevant to AEO/GEO measurement. We process this on the basis of our engagement agreement.

What we do not collect

We do not run ad-tracking pixels, behavioural retargeting, or cross-site fingerprinting on this site. Analytics is server-side, aggregated, and does not set marketing cookies.

How long we keep it

Site analytics: 14 months. Contact-form submissions: 24 months unless we open an active engagement, in which case the email thread becomes part of the engagement record. Engagement records: 7 years for tax/audit; engagement-specific account access is revoked at handover.

Who we share it with

Email infrastructure: our email provider (transactional only). Analytics: hosted on Cloudflare and our analytics tool. We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to third parties for marketing.

Your rights

Under GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nDSG) you have the right to access, correct, port, restrict and delete your personal data, and to object to processing. To exercise any right, email privacy@cryptoseoagency.net with the subject "Privacy request".
